Otilia Stoica is a fully qualified Romanian attorney, admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2000, with broad experience across key practice areas including civil law and human rights, commercial and civil litigation, insurance, and medical malpractice.
She also maintains a strong interest in regulatory issues concerning consumer protection and has been involved in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), dealing with matters of fundamental rights and state liability.
Otilia is a graduate of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from “Dimitrie Cantemir” University (2010).
