As Partner and senior litigator with over 25 years of experience, Andrei Buliga-Neagu has successfully led complex legal mandates across civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal law. He acts as both legal counsel and litigator for prominent clients in sectors such as real estate, IT, infrastructure, public procurement, and international commercial arbitration.
